Jay was so wonderful to work with! He answered all my questions in a timely fashion. I feel I paid a fair price for my roof! They got the job done in one day and on the day they said. The clean up was amazing. I cannot recommend Customer First Contractors enough! They did not disappoint.

Ryan and team just replaced our whole home gutter system and fixed a siding drainage problem. The cost was very reasonable when compared to alternative bids but the ease of doing business, clear communication and quality of work was the real highlight. 5/5 in every category and will be a repeat customer.

Chris and his team are as good as it gets when it comes to roofing. They replaced the roofs on multiple properties for us after the last storm, and each one is exceptionally done. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and can not say enough about the high quality work, solid communication, and incredible manner with which Chris and his team work. Could not recommend more highly.

I couldn't be happier with the siding project! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding—clear updates before the work began, consistent check-ins during the process, and thorough follow-up afterward. The craftsmanship was absolutely impeccable; every detail was handled with care and precision. My home looks amazing, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-quality work and excellent customer service! Update: 7 months after the project was complete. A minor issue showed up. Reported it to the team and they got it fixed right away. One of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

We filed a hail claim with our insurance from last July and worked with Ryan and Jay at Customer First Contractors to redo our roof. The team at CFC is so patient, understanding and really wants what's best for you — just like their business name implies! They went back and forth with our insurance to make sure our needs were met and were always timely and thorough with their communications. We would definitely work with them again! And, of course, our roof and gutters turned out great. Thank you Customer First Contractors!

Working with Chris Thulin and the team at Customer First Contractors was really a terrific experience. Chris responded to my call within an hour and came out the next day to look at the damage done by a hailstorm. He handled most of the communication and work with my insurance company and showed up when the adjustor came to do the roof inspections. He patiently explained the process and went through the estimate and invoice line-by-line. Working with Chris made a stressful experience so much easier. I will happily recommend Chris and his team to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Chris Thulin and Customers First Contractors were recommended to us by a neighbor and we have been very satisfied with the beginning to end process of getting a new roof from recent hail storm damage. He comes out, inspects, takes pictures and explains the process on how to communicate with the insurance company. He is professional, responsive, patient and informative. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone.
